The process took 2–3 full days of work from a four-person finance team and had to remain manually controlled due to strict privacy and data-handling rules.

Staff simply paste the monthly report and exported customer data into the workbook. The system:

The Problem

A mining services company discovered that a clause in its Enterprise Agreement regarding Public Holiday Allowance had been under-interpreted since 2017.
As a result, 1,200 current and former employees required recalculation of allowance payments across multiple EA versions, changing rosters, changing pay rates, and shifting work patterns—spanning seven years of employment history.
