Initial Consult

One of our digital consultants meets with you online or in person to discuss your needs. Our team drafts a proposal outlining a plan of action including timeframe and estimated costings which is presented to you for approval and final sign-off.

Depending on the scale of the project we may schedule regular catchups to keep you informed of our progress and clarify any questions which arise.

For clients receiving a new or redesigned business solution (e.g. automated reporting) we will take you step by step through your new product and how to get the most out of it, including a detailed How To Guide.

  • When will my business solution be ready?
    We know your business is time-sensitive. We will provide you with a realistic completion timeframe before we begin any work. We aim to complete projects as quickly as possible whilst allowing for sufficient testing and troubleshooting. The scale and complexity of your project is the main determining factor.
  • Do you provide support once the project is completed?
    Yes - please email support@crystallogic.com.au with any support-related issues or feel free to contact your consultant directly.
  • Do you charge anything for post-sales support?
    If once your business solution has been delivered you pick up a problem which was not detected in the design and testing phase, we will gladly see to it free of charge. However, if you request additional features or functionality not encompassed within the original project scope this will incur an additional fee.
  • What are your payment terms?
    A 50% upfront deposit is required for us to begin work. The remaining account is due before the finished product can be delivered to you.
  • Do you accept credit card?
    Yes, all major credit cards are accepted with no extra fees.
