Each website is unique and prices will vary according to the number and length of pages, the amount of images, and the particular set of features required - including the extent of content management (if any). The following guide will help you get an idea of the likely cost of your website.

Prices shown do NOT include GST and domain name registration and web hosting costs are not included.

Domain name registration

  • Australian business domain (com.au) - $66 (inc GST) for 2 years
  • International business domain (com) - $33 (inc GST) for 1 year

Website hosting

Hosting costs vary depending on whether or not a database is required (e.g. to allow for a content management system) and other factors. As a guide a typical hosting package for a small business is $220 (inc GST) for 1 year.

Maintenance and updates

If you do not want a content management system or require changes that are not possible with the level of content management you have, I can make updates to your site for a very reasonable rate:

  • Normal update work (adding or updating site content including image optimisation) - $60/hr + GST
  • Major structural changes (new pages, server-side or database programming) - $100/hr + GST
